Security Watch 360 is fully registered, insured and licensed in the activities of Unarmed Guard, Security Guard, Crowd Controller, Control Room Operator & Monitoring Centre Operator.

Our Story
Security Watch was found in late 2018, with a high-level commitment to provide a quality service and to create successful business venture employing local workforce.
Covid-19 was a global pandemic that hit our beloved world and brought the global economy down on its knees, causing tragedies to human lives and financial loss where small businesses were the most hit and most vulnerable. This has created a huge determination that Security Watch 360 has to survive and stay afloat and create an own success story by its people.
From our humble beginnings and global challenge, Security Watch 360 has grown significantly to provide services to clients in various sectors including retail, hospitality, events, among other industries to follow soon.
Our uncompromised commitment to providing professional security services is supported by a team of experienced security professionals to offer our clients the service they aim for and which meets their expectations at all times.
Our security personnel are all direct recruits, not through an agency or subcontracted from other providers.

Our security workforce is our biggest asset and, as such, we make sure they are well looked after at the workplace and throughout the whole process from availability, rostering, and remuneration.
Our systems have automatic compliance checks on all our employees’ certifications, accreditations and licenses carried out to ensure they remain up-to-date. Our digital platform allows us to carry this out seamlessly and without fail.
Our fatigue management policy aims to minimise our employees burnout and creates a productive working environment. Conducting welfare checks through our digital systems ensures our employees remain safe even when working remotely or alone.
Our people are being selected to clients needs and to meet the requirements & expectations. All personnel are also screened for impeccable presentation and required to wear readily identifiable uniforms including their security ID at all times and any other required tool.
