Event Security & Crowd Control Management
Our Event Security team is experienced in managing events of all sizes; from a small private party to corporate functions to major sporting events. We provide security for small venues of 50 patrons to larger venues of 300-400 patrons and music festivals & sporting events of 5000 patrons.
Crowd Controllers
Security Watch 360 trained Crowd Controllers will help ensure the client Terms & Conditions are adhered to by all guests & patrons. They will assist with crowd queue management, roving all areas of the venue, observe and report, assist with minor first aid administration, direct any queries to the right parties, and liaise with any relevant emergency assistance teams.
- Sporting Events: Our trained Crowd Controllers have plenty of experience working at sporting events, small to big scale. Gate duties, Crowd Control, Players & Referees Escort, Field of Play Protection to other things as well. We are a trusted provider for many soccer clubs & community clubs in Victoria.
- Music & Corporate Festivals: We provide security services to some well known Food Truck Festivals, the like of Brewers Feast & The Bourne Local Markets and also some of the corporate events as American Crew All Star challenge.
Bag Check & Wand Screening
Security Watch 360 Event Security team is well-trained & equipped to perform bag checks and wands screening and are vigilant on identifying potential hazards and suspicious behaviours at entry points. Specific clients’ requirements, prohibited & restricted lists are provided on what types of materials or behaviours they must be aware of to ensure that no illegal or potentially dangerous goods are brought in.
Corporate & Functions Security Personnel
Our Corporate & Functions Security team are neatly dressed to suit the specific event environment, are RSA certified and are trained on how to deal with behaviours associated with alcohol consumption in a discreet and courteous manner, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
RSA Officers
Responsible Services of Alcohol (RSA) Officers assist licensees & events operators to ensure patrons at their licensed venue &/or event consume alcohol responsibly and are not supplied with liquor if they are unduly intoxicated. Most of our security officers are RSA certified and can perform RSA duties at a licensed venue or an event.
Roving Guards & Marshals
Our roving guards are well trained to patrol & protect your premises, are highly vigilant about deterring potential threats and keeping a constant watch of your premises, reporting any issues & incidents, liaising with emergency teams as required.
Concierge & Strata Security
Our concierge and strata security personnel are the first point of contact for clients and residents, and they are the ones who will make a lasting impression. They are well-presentable personnel, trained and assigned to make clients and guests feel welcome while providing reassuring security presence. This service is suitable for a variety of premises such as office/commercial/residential buildings, and educational facilities.
They are most of the times the first point of contact and emergency response or liaison, dealing with difficult situations, protecting property & individuals, handling trespassers and removing unwanted individuals, and more.
Customer Service Officiers
Our Customer Service Officers (CSO) are trained to greet guests with the biggest smile while they remain vigilant about potential hazards and suspicious behaviours which may come towards an entry point or a foyer.
They are well presented, sharp and always ready to make a great first great impression. They are very helpful at residential buildings, offices and retail stores.
Ad-Hoc Security
We are here to assist with last minute service request, out of the norm situation or in a case of unexpected unforeseen circumstances and we can deploy a security personnel on site within an hour mark.
You may need us for broken glass door, broken roller door, graffiti or vandalism, car parking issue so you can rely on us to be there for you.

Site Specialist Security
Gatehouse & Logistics Security
We can work around your needs to offer you an all-rounder gatehouse and logistics security solution to maintain safety & security of your business. This may include a security officer being present at the main entry gate to ensure only approved vehicles, workers, and contractors access through, maintaining a log book of entry details or may be a security officer being present overnight to ensure no trespassing or breakthrough occurs. We can also work with you if you operate any facial recognition technology and other technologies to ensure our security officers are trained to efficiently operate the contractors management system.
Education Facility Security
Our highly trained security officers will perform the required duties to ensure that the education facility is secure and that the safety of students, teachers/lecturers and staff is always maintained at all times. They will conduct regular patrols on foot and by vehicle to ensure all perimeters are secure, monitor CCTV cameras to deter any suspicious activities, and attend to calls for assistance and liaise with the building/facility manager as required. They will also be a part of being Customer Service Officers when welcoming and assisting staff on daily basis.
Retail Security
We provide shopping centres and retail stores with well-trained security officers, to assist protecting the property, staff and customers to deter thieves and vandals. Our highly skilled team adapt quickly to the ever-changing retail environment and as directed, including at malls and arcades and also any public markets events.
Asset Protection Security
Whether it is a last-minute requirement, ad-hoc ongoing basis, or pre & post events logistics we are here to assist with your asset protection needs and ensure that assets are well secured. You may require a security guard presence or CCTV monitoring of a certain area or valuables overnight to ensure the continuity of the business and we will work closely with you to ensure the best methods are in place.
Control Room Operators & Access Control Management
Access Control Management system is key to the safety & security to your premises. Our security officers are able to multi-task, tech-savvy and computer operational to assist with the workplace daily operations from unlocking doors, issuing access cards to permitted individuals, handling deliveries and ensuring proper checks are carried out, managing visitors & contractors log books, preventing unauthorised access as required, ensuring access control policy on site are followed through and all reports are complete.
Control Room Operators
While this remains a work in progress piece, we will be able to station trained & qualified security officers to manage your control room monitoring centre to ensure that the business is secure and aware of any threats & suspicious activities.
CCTV Monitoring
We can assist with providing you well trained Control Room Operators able to operate the cameras monitoring system by conducting daily system checks, monitor activities on-site via high-tech surveillance systems, complete reports, monitor & control access gates, doors, and other access points remotely.
Alarms System
The Control Room Operator/s are trained on responding to alarms which may raise at a specific site and instruct the security guards on the required actions and liaise with building facility and complete any necessary report.
Intercom & Duress System
The Control Room Operators are trained in the use of various security, access control and emergency alarm systems including Fire Indicator Panel, internal paging system and two-way radio communication system, among others. Any additional site-specific requirements or inductions can be discussed & arranged with you as required.
